We’ve become a society where pound for pound, chicken is now cheaper than bread. Living in such a food system comes at a price: obesity, hypertension and diabetes are just some of the results of an unsustainable, processed food system. In this video, A Tale of Two Chickens, the Lexicon of Sustainability explored the principle of True Cost Accounting in partnership with the Sustainable Food Trust.
